MATERIALS:
-1kg flour, Cantonese,
-300g prawns (medium)
- 300g lean meat,
-2 duck eggs,
-1 cup water, 1 tablespoon minced onion, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp seasoning seeds, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 50g roasted peanuts; Sesame Rice Cracker, price, basil slip, cell banana flowers, lettuce accompaniment
IMPLEMENTATION:
1. Shrimp washed, cut the legs and antennae. Lean meats sliced to taste. Boiled duck eggs, cut in half
2. Heat the oil and non fragrant onion, shrimp, lean meat cooked in stir-fry, the water used, the wedge wedge nuts, fish sauce to taste, to duck eggs and cook about 5 minutes to proof, turn off the heat
3. Chinese noodles to a bowl, mix water chan cooked shrimp on top, sprinkle roasted peanuts and chopped scallions on top, served with vegetables and toasted sesame roll small crack.
